It’s been a tough week here, and as it seems, good or bad, things come in at least 3s (one, two, three)! We realized a 4th thing tonight when we were notified about an error in the 2026 Calendar prints.
You’re getting this email because our system flagged you as someone who either sponsored or purchased a calendar, or as an annual member who receives a complimentary calendar.
In the calendar, September has only 29 days instead of 30, which shifted the dates for October, November, and December by one day.
Our calendar was lovingly designed by a volunteer who made an honest mistake during the lengthy design process, and unfortunately, we didn’t catch it during proofreading.
We’re genuinely sorry for the mix-up. Accuracy matters, and we know many of you rely on these calendars not just for the resident photos but also to stay organized.
To make it right, we’ve created revised month pages (Sept–Dec), and you have two options:
We’re learning from this and putting in place extra checks for next year’s calendar. We value your trust and support more than words can say—and we’re committed to being upfront and responsive whenever something doesn’t go as planned.
Thanks so much for being part of the Lily’s Place family. If you have any questions at all, reply to this email—I read every message.
With gratitude,
Jamie Sabot
