Come out to learn about what a farm sanctuary is, meet some of the residents, make a new friend or two, and say hi to our special guests (see below)!

This is a free event, but donations to support the care of the animals are greatly appreciated.

SPECIAL NOTE: This is a human-friendly event for all ages but please leave your dogs (and other pets) at home as we have animals who become stressed by animals they don't know.

Autumn Open House

SUPPORT OUR MISSION

Lily's Place is a small, volunteer-run, vegan animal sanctuary for farm animals.  Our organization is a registered nonprofit  that's funded thanks to the donations of generous and kind-hearted animal lovers.

Before planning a visit, please take note of a few housekeeping items so we're all on the same page:

whether you've visited before or this will be Your first meet & greet with us, we can't wait to see you!

Visiting the Sanctuary

The Open House happens once a year

Outside of this special event, we're unable to accommodate drop-in visits and do not maintain open to the public hours.

We're not a petting zoo

We respect each animal's right to autonomy and let them decide whether they’d like to meet new people (or not). Visitors will not be permitted inside any gates or enclosures.

Human Visitors Only Please

Many of the animals that live at Lily’s Place become extremely stressed by animals they don’t know. This can result in an unsafe space for them, as well as for visitors, so we need to ask that outside animals not be brought along to your visit (this includes leaving animals in your car).

Make sure you don't miss out by adding the Summer Open House to your calendar!
