- 80 hours per week in volunteer labour for animal care is graciously donated by a handful of dedicated volunteers.
- 30 hours per week is clocked by our help-from-home volunteers who apply for grants, provide administrative support, respond to rescue requests, arrange veterinary care, update medical records, share news from the sanctuary on our social media channels, and network to find safe options, services, and support for animals in need. There are volunteers who are ready to do so much more remotely, but lack a coordinator or project manager to utilize our off-site volunteers to their full potential.

- 151 intake requests in 2023. Of the 151 requests, 16 found sanctuary at Lily's Place in 2023.
- Every 1.5 days the sanctuary is asked to take in another animal without having the resources to be able to say "yes!" . However, you can help as each donation gets us closer to saying "yes" to requests for help more often.
Lily's Place is a small, volunteer-run, vegan animal sanctuary for farm animals. Our organization is a registered nonprofit with no paid employees. We're funded thanks to the donations of generous and kind-hearted animal lovers.
