A passion for animal welfare. You should care deeply about the plight of farm animals and align with our values of compassion, empathy, and ethical care.
Strategic leadership. We’re seeking individuals who bring leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to the table.
Solid expertise. We're seeking board members who can provide specialist skills to support our growth, including (but not limited to) financial leadership, fundraising and development, grant writing, marketing and communications, event planning, and education program development.
Time and dedication. Our board members commit 4-5 hours per week, attend monthly meetings, and are actively engaged in supporting the sanctuary's initiatives.
