We have incredible news to share: a generous supporter has offered
our very first matching gift of $500!
Here's what that means: every dollar you donate this December will be doubled, up to $500. So if we raise $500 from our community, it instantly becomes $1,000 for our goats' winter care.
The hens, roosters, and ducks of Lily’s Place have heated houses, and the sheep have thick wool coats, but the goats face the cold with less natural protection.
Your doubled donation will provide winter coats for any goats who need extra warmth (like Ellie), deep bedding with fresh straw to create cozy, warm sleeping areas (especially appreciated by goats with arthritis like Merlin and Kate), and finish off our fundraiser for infrared stall heaters!
Every gift this month goes twice as far.
Whether you can give $10 (becomes $20!) or $50 (becomes $100!), your donation will make a real difference in keeping our goats safe and warm.

The infrared heaters are a game-changer. They convert energy directly into controllable, directional heat, which will be so appreciated by the goats when we really get into the heart of winter. The heaters are weatherproof, energy-efficient, and designed specifically for barn environments. Our electricians have already prepped the barn for 4 heaters and installed the one we already had on-site. Now we just need the other 3 (and we’re super close to having all 3 paid for).
