Millie doesn’t mind this cold! She’s hopping and bopping, enticing the other sheep to play. Rosie, who’s off camera, thought Millie’s antics were pretty awesome .

What’s extra special about seeing Millie being a spunky lamb is that she’s missing the integral structures in one of her back feet. She actually has hoof material and all the “outside” parts, just not the bones inside. So far, that hasn’t slowed her down!

We’ve kept an eye on that leg, and so far, so good, including a couple of vet checks that confirmed she’s doing well.

Watching Millie bounce around without a care in the world is one of the best parts of sanctuary life .
