When farm animals face neglect or abandonment, who can help them?
Be The Reason

Annie’s surgery went well! She’s awake now and back with Sid. Both sheep are enjoying a late lunch.
Annie and Sid will remain at the hospital for a week or so to ensure Annie is getting around ok on her leg post-surgery and that no infection tries to set in.
The X-ray picture is of Annie’s leg during the surgery, with the plate going into place (the other instruments in the picture are holding the surgical drapes in place).
I’m so thankful that Annie had this option, that AVC was able to see her, that Yvonne and her team were able to perform the surgery.
Thank you to everyone who kept Annie in your thoughts! Now to send her lots of healing vibes as she works on her recovery.
